My joy comes from seeing people succeed, overcome barriers, celebrate milestones, have lightbulb moments, overcome biases, and achieve what they want.
In my previous blog, I stated that my goal is to be a guide, not a hero. I never want to take credit for your life, career, or business. Your choices are ultimately up to you. I may offer guidance, help sort through options, inspire personal reflection, or teach, but ultimately, it is up to you.
