Jones Coaching Services LLC, a limited liability company, organized under the laws of the state of Idaho (hereinafter referred to as "Operator")

Some goods, digital products, or services may have individualized refund policies. If these policies are not individually listed, the following general policy will apply:

Customers may request a refund on physical goods sold within 7 days of receipt by contacting support@JonesCoachingServices.com.

Items must be returned in order to activate the refund process.

The customer will be responsible for paying cost of shipping of return.

Refunds on sale items are permissible and subject to the same conditions as refunds on regularly-priced items.

Customers may request an exchange in lieu of a refund. Exchange requests will be processed and accepted or denied by contacting support@JonesCoachingServices.com.

Customers must contact Operator prior to the start of the refund and return process.

No refunds are permitted on the sale of digital products. All sales are final.

The nature of digital products is such that once you have accessed and consumed the information within, the information cannot be given back, and you now own that knowledge and can benefit from it at any point in the future.

Refunds are permitted on the sale of services under the following condition:

All service refund requests must be submitted prior to receiving services. Prorated refunds may be requested by emailing Support@JonesCoachingServices.com for services not rendered.

We do aim to satisfy our customers and all concerns can shared by contacting Support@JonesCoachingServices.com but our right that refunds are issued at the Operator's discretion and may be accepted or rejected as such.
